From Laughter to Goosebumps: Young Stories Conquer the Reading Stage

When fantasy suddenly becomes a real stage story, goosebumps are not far away – and hearty laughter is definitely not missing. At the public closing event From Laughter to Goosebumps, young writers present selected passages from their own texts at the Gerthe branch library.

A Week Full of Ideas, Characters, and Punchlines

The focus is on the writing workshop with Castroper author Kristina Dunker. Children and teenagers aged 10 to 16 develop their own stories, create characters, and experiment with different narrative forms. Whether adventure, fantasy, crime, or everyday story: every idea gets space and its own voice.

From the First Idea to the Grand Performance

The closing event transforms the library into a small reading stage. Thoughts become texts, texts become scenes – and careful reading turns into a true laughter experience with surprising twists. The audience experiences young authors with courage, creativity, and a lot of imagination.

Literature with a Comedy Atmosphere

The title promises the full range of the evening: humorous punchlines meet exciting moments, witty observations meet small goosebumps scenes. It's not about perfect stand-up or finished cabaret, but about the joy of storytelling, good timing, and direct interaction between stage and audience.

Manuscripts, Exchange, and Real Stage Air

In addition to the read texts, manuscripts will be displayed. The afternoon also provides space for exchange with Kristina Dunker and the young writers. This creates a personal comedy and literature atmosphere, where every audience reaction counts – from chuckling to big applause.

Conclusion: From Laughter to Goosebumps offers a creative live experience for families, literature fans, and anyone who loves to see how stories come to life. Those who want to experience young talents, witty texts, and imaginative stage moments should not miss this special afternoon at the Gerthe library.
