Eddi & Friends bring wit, groove, and real closeness to Bochum

On Thursday, October 15, 2026, the Bahnhof Langendreer will be the meeting point for all those who love handcrafted music, clever stories, and spontaneous stage moments. Eddi Hüneke, former member of the successful a cappella group Wise Guys, is coming to Bochum with his musical friends. The concert begins at 19:30, doors open at 19:00.

An evening of concert full of energy and surprises

At the center of Eddi & Friends – Tour 2026 are Eddi Hüneke, keyboardist Tobi Hebbelmann, and producer and drummer Jan Niemeyer. Special guests join in for each show. For the Bochum evening, Clemens Tewinkel and Nicolai Burchartz are announced; plus, drummer Salome Amend will add additional musical color.

The concept remains deliberately open: Each evening develops its own character. Between groove, pop, humorous everyday observations, and reflective moments, a live atmosphere arises that does not sound like a fixed schedule, but like genuine encounters. Joy of improvisation, stage performance, and musical synchronization intertwine, while the audience becomes an immediate part of the event.

From Wise Guy to independent pop songwriter

Eddi Hüneke co-founded the Wise Guys in 1990 with school friends. The a cappella band earned five gold records and won an Echo award; more than 3,000 concerts brought the group before a large audience. Since 2018, Hüneke has been active as a solo artist and blends pop, songwriter tradition, humor, and personal stories.

His solo discography includes albums such as Alles auf Anfang, Alles wird gut, Träum weiter, and Im Ernstfall locker bleiben. His concerts thrive on an approachable voice, pointed lyrics, and a musical orchestration that allows for both soft tones and thrilling refrains.

Bochum experiences music with a direct connection to the audience

At Bahnhof Langendreer, clear sound, characterful voices, and the unique tension of a live concert come together. Sometimes a shared groove develops, sometimes an almost intimate concert scene, sometimes an unexpected moment arises in the moment. This very mix of musical precision, humor, and spontaneity defines the Eddi & Friends Tour.

The program is aimed at fans of the Wise Guys as well as visitors who appreciate modern German-language pop music with stories, wit, and human warmth. The announced guests promise additional harmonies, new perspectives, and a stage chemistry that cannot be fully planned.

Conclusion: An evening that resonates

Eddi Hüneke & Friends promise a concert experience in Bochum between groove, clever texts, musical finesse, and heartfelt humor. Anyone wanting to experience live music with closeness, surprises, and genuine audience atmosphere should mark October 15, 2026, and experience the evening live at Bahnhof Langendreer.
