Active Sunday in Bochum: Staying active together through winter
When the days get shorter outside, the gym of the Cruismannschule opens its doors for a lively community experience. On Active Sunday, children in the first to fourth grades discover joy in movement, play, and sporting togetherness.
Gymnastics, Fun, and Team Spirit
Active Sunday combines a variety of movement offers with an open, cheerful atmosphere. Qualified trainers guide the children through different games and sports activities. Fun, fairness, and shared experiences are at the center of it all.
An Afternoon Full of Movement
From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the gym transforms into a vibrant movement space. Children can let off steam, learn new games, and be active together with others. Admission begins at 1:45 PM.
For Children in the First to Fourth Grades
The free movement, play, and sports program is aimed at children in the first to fourth grades. The participation capacity is about 30 children per session. Sportswear, indoor shoes, and a phone number of the parents or guardians must be brought along.
Community Project in Bochum
Active Sunday is organized as a cooperation project by the Bochum City Sports Association and the City of Bochum. The program invites children to stay active and experience community through sports from October to March on selected Sundays.
Conclusion: Visitors can expect a safe, free, and varied sports afternoon filled with movement, play, and new encounters. Those looking to experience winter actively and together will find the right meeting point at Active Sunday in Bochum.
