Active Sunday in Bochum: Together frolic, exercise, and experience team spirit
On Sunday, December 6, 2026, the gym of Cruismannschule in Bochum will transform into an active meeting point for children in grades 1 to 4. From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, free movement, play, and sports offerings will be on the agenda.
Winter exercise with plenty of excitement
When it gets dark early outside and cold winter air sweeps through Bochum, Active Sunday provides action under the hall roof. Children can let off steam together, try new forms of movement, and gain initial sporting experiences in a lively stadium atmosphere.
Gymnastics, frolicking, and team spirit
Qualified instructors accompany the offerings and create space for movement, play, and shared experiences. The focus is not on performance pressure, tables, or competition results, but on joy in activity, coordination, and team spirit.
Important notes for families
Entry begins at 1:45 PM. Participation is free, and the capacity is about 30 children per session. Bring sports clothing, gym shoes, and a phone number of the parents or guardians under which they can be reached during the event.
Conclusion: Winter Sunday with movement and community
Active Sunday offers children a safe and varied afternoon full of movement, playfulness, and community. Those who want to experience December with active energy, cheers from the hall, and lots of team spirit will find the perfect meeting place at Cruismannschule.
