„EISKALT ERWISCHT!“: A wintry variety show full of acrobatics and surprises

When the curtain rises at Varieté et cetera, a thrilling journey begins, filled with awe, laughter, and dizzying body art. The winter show “EISKALT ERWISCHT!” combines international acrobatics, music, comedy, and poetic stage moments into a diverse stage experience for winter 2026/2027.

Acrobatics that takes your breath away

Fearless aerial acrobats, flexible contortionists, and spectacular roller skate performances define the show's dramaturgy. The ensemble takes the audience on a journey where strength, balance, and precision meet. Each act transforms the stage into a place of seemingly suspended gravity.

International acrobatics with a personal touch

The evening is hosted by Pierre Poissonnet, who provides moderation and singing. The artist comes from a long-standing circus family and combines the energy of roller skating with charming stage presence. Together with Kimberly Lester, he continues the tradition of the Skating Willers, who have already been seen on international variety and dinner show stages.

A special artistic highlight is provided by Sudi Salumu. The contortionist from Zanzibar masters the art of body deformation and presents movements that oscillate between physical boundary experiences and dancer's lightness. For his work, he received the Special Award of Varieté et cetera in 2025 at the Newcomer Show in Leipzig.

Juggling, roller skates, and anarchic humor

Walid Merhi brings balls and frisbees into precisely choreographed trajectories. His juggling combines classical music elements with modern beats, developing a dynamic stage picture of rhythm, light, and movement. The Skating Willers add another visual accent with high-speed roller skate acrobatics.

Humor also has plenty of space in this winter show. The comedian Skizzo provides an anarchic and surprising note, illuminating the artistic highlights time and again with targeted play and direct audience interaction.

Theater atmosphere at Varieté et cetera

The stage experience thrives on the change of moods: breathless tension follows liberating laughter, energetic acrobatics complement musical transitions, and elegant movement images. The proximity to the stage intensifies every audience reaction, transforming the show night into an immediate sensory experience.
