"ICE COLD CAUGHT!": A Wintry Variety Show Full of Acrobatics and Surprises

When the lights go out at Varieté et cetera, a stage experience begins with breathtaking artistry, pointed comedy, and musical charm. The winter show "ICE COLD CAUGHT!" combines international variety arts with witty twists and a theatrical atmosphere that captivates the audience immediately.

Gravity Becomes a Side Issue

The production by Sammy Tavalis unfolds a diverse panorama of modern stage arts. Sudi Salumu, awarded the Special Award at the Newcomer Show in Leipzig in 2025, presents his extraordinarily flexible body as a contortionist in astonishing positions. His artistry plays like a game with the limits of human anatomy.

Exciting moments are provided by the duo Deibit y Nymeria on the straps. The Spanish aerial acrobats combine spins, ascents, and risky descents with a spectacular teeth hang, where Conchi holds her partner solely with the strength of her jaw. The result: excitement, wonder, and an acoustics where every breath of the audience is palpable.

Juggling, Roller Skates, and the Elegance of the Impossible

The young artist Walid Merhi from Bochum lets Frisbees and balls circle through the air as if weightless with his modern juggling. The trio Beautiful sets its own accents with precise hand-to-hand acrobatics, allowing gravity to be suspended for precious moments.

Kimberly Lester presents an award-winning antipodes act, balancing up to six soccer balls in the air with her feet while lying on her back. Additionally, the roller skating artistry of the Skating Willers brings rapid tempo to the stage. The troupe, which has been around since the 1970s, continues its variety history with the latest generation.

Comedy with Pace and Surprise

The evening is hosted by Pierre Poissonet with charm, singing, and artistic intuition. For comedic relief between the intense moments, Skizzo, known from "Das Supertalent", provides a humorous spectacle. His stage character combines magic, music, dance, comedy, and anti-juggling into an explosive mix that subverts every expectation at the right moment.

Lighting design, costumes, and stage design form the visual framework for this winter revue. Colorful lighting moods, shiny costumes, and changing stage tempo create that special variety atmosphere where artistic precision and immediate audience reaction meet.

Conclusion: An Evening of Thrills and Laughter

"ICE COLD CAUGHT!" promises a diverse stage experience for variety enthusiasts, families, and anyone who wants to experience acrobatics, comedy, and music in a special atmosphere. Secure your spot at Varieté et cetera and experience live how international artists push the boundaries of the possible.
