Artistic Wonder Above Gravity

The production by Sammy Tavalis relies on a versatile ensemble: aerial acrobatics on straps, contortion, partner acrobatics, juggling, antipodism, and breathtaking roller skate artistry form an evening full of dynamism. The dramaturgy thrives on the alternation between tension, elegance, and surprising twists.

International Acrobatic Meets Bochum Stage Energy

The evening is guided by Pierre Poissonnet with moderation and live singing. The artist comes from a renowned circus family and brings charm, musical sensitivity, and artistic experience to the show. Together with Kimberly Lester, he also presents a roller skate number. Sudi Salumu brings extraordinary body images to the stage as a contortionist, while the trio Beautiful ensures powerful moments with precise partner acrobatics.

Comedy, Music, and Surprising Perspectives

The comedic fall height is provided by Davide Skizzo Nicolosi. His stage character combines magic, music, dance, comedy, and anti-juggling with spontaneous ideas. Walid Merhi enhances classical juggling with balls and frisbees, while Duo Deibit y Nymeria conquers the space above the audience with straps, twists, and spectacular falls.

Light, Costumes, and Set Design as Part of the Production

Lighting design, costumes, and set design give the artistic performances their visual framework. The design works with contrasts: frosty winter associations meet warm show colors, concentrated silence alternates with music, laughter, and the rhythmic pull of acrobatics. This creates a variety dramaturgy that immediately draws the audience into the evening.

An Evening for All Senses

The stage experience is aimed at everyone who wants to experience acrobatics, comedy, and music in a special atmosphere. The winter show runs from October 30, 2026, to February 28, 2027, and combines spectacular body art with a family-friendly entertainment character.
