SHAMROCK: Irish Ghost Stories Meet Live Music

When twilight falls on November 14, 2026, at Paddy’s Irish Pub in Bochum, a gate opens to the darker side of the green isle. SHAMROCK combines eerie storytelling, Irish myths, and live fiddle music into an atmospheric stage experience between goosebumps, dark humor, and traditional folk.

Banshees, Fairies, and the Magic of Old Legends

At the center are the mysterious stories of Ireland: Banshees announce doom, fairies lure into hidden worlds, and leprechauns appear between myth and a wink. André Wülfing guides with precise storytelling through this legendary world, giving each episode its own dramatic color.

Fiddle Sounds Between Folk and Witching Hour

Frank Dettke accompanies the stories with Irish live music on the fiddle. His sounds create a dense acoustic atmosphere in which melancholy, rhythm, and tension intertwine. The production thrives on the interplay between spoken word and musical accompaniment – an enticing combination of storytelling, concert moments, and scenic imagination.

Theater Atmosphere at Paddy’s Irish Pub

Paddy’s Irish Pub provides the perfect setting for this unusual meeting of storytelling theater and Irish folk. Between warm pub ambiance and eerie motifs, an immediate closeness to the audience is created. The reduced dramaturgy draws attention to voice, sound, imagination, and the subtle reactions in the room.

An Afternoon Between Humor and Goosebumps

SHAMROCK is not a classic horror evening. The event focuses on atmospheric tension, traditional myths, and typical Irish humor. Macabre moments alternate with melancholic passages and surprising punchlines. The result is a lively journey into the dark world of Irish stories and legends.

Conclusion: Visitors can expect an intense stage experience with professional storytelling, traditional fiddle music, and an unmistakable theater atmosphere. Anyone wanting to experience Ireland beyond green hills and cheerful pub music should discover SHAMROCK live at Paddy’s Irish Pub.
