Here's our perspective as a GbR (a type of German partnership) specializing in IT/AI. The Makerspace has been instrumental in helping us realize many ideas that were previously impossible because we rely on specialized hardware for our services. In the Makerspace, we're allowed to use this hardware – and that has incredibly advanced our development. Beyond IT, I know there are many other interesting workshops there that truly help startups, small businesses, and individuals! Even more important than the workshops themselves, however, are the staff: highly competent, incredibly helpful, and always ready with a good idea or solution if you get stuck. Another aspect we really appreciate is the vibrant atmosphere. No matter when we're there, you meet fascinating groups or individuals, and great conversations ensue. This review might sound overly positive, but my advice is: sign up for one of the numerous workshops and experience it for yourself.

A brilliantly designed space that inspires creative projects. The staff are very friendly and helpful, clearly passionate about what they do. Much is still under construction, hence the somewhat limited opening hours. My first visit definitely made me want to come back!

The makerspace is a great place for creative minds. From 3D printing and plastic casting to sewing machines and a film studio, you can really let loose here under expert guidance.
