It's basically a normal savings bank, but why is the back door leading to the parking lot locked from the outside on weekends and in the mornings and evenings? You have to walk all the way around the branch to get to the ATM, and then you can only exit through the back door and get to your car normally. From a security standpoint, that doesn't make any sense at all...

The savings bank is slowly destroying itself! The last remaining employees in this branch are friendly, but they can no longer help because they have no access to anything and are no longer authorized to do anything. A government office is practically nothing compared to this! If more than two customers are in the branch with a problem, there are endless waiting times because there simply isn't enough staff. Time locks and "the system" that nobody understands (how about some employee training?) further hinder quick service! Only empty desks remain; counters are being dismantled and made smaller. The remaining staff are probably only there to explain the fancy ATMs to the rest of the customers. Once the last one understands, they can lock up the glass palace. Then they won't need window cleaners anymore, and they can cut costs even further! That's why it's called a "savings bank"!
