I went there today for a clothes swap. The space was lovely and open. I hope they'll continue to hold clothes swap events there in the future.

The owner, Ruth Joachim, who has run the shop for 29 years and has hosted a Christmas bazaar for charity on the first Sunday of Advent for about 11 years, is so lovely, I'm lost for words! Such a capable, kind woman. Her volunteers are also very friendly. You can't help but feel at home in this local shop, and you can buy hand-knitted items at the Christmas bazaar, for example—and all for a good cause. Tip: Be sure to pick up a package of Mrs. Joachim's homemade cookies: Yum Yum! ;-)
